Indoor Activities for Kids
We all have those days where all we want to do is take a break from work and indulge in a cozy and lazy day. Surprisingly, toddlers too burn all that buzzing energy, giving them the chance to rest and, more importantly, rejuvenate. While relaxing is a significant part of a lazy day, it does not mean your toddlers day should go entirely unproductive.
Indoor Activities for kids where you and your toddler can enjoy some lazy yet mildly productive days at home.
1- Puzzles- A simple and effortless way of getting the entire family involved in some mild activity during a lazy day. This will get your toddler to continue developing their cognitive and fine motor skills, while all of you enjoy some low strain activities together.
2- Printables- There is nothing better than splashing colors over some intricate mandalas and cartoon figures during a lazy afternoon. Don’t stop at colouring! 3- Reading- There’s nothing better than cozying up with a book during a lazy day. Get your toddler to narrate a story from one of their favorite books and have a fun quiz or a discussion session at the end! This will help your toddler develop their reading skills, expand their vocabulary bank, guide them to communicate confidently, and will also give your toddler a chance to understand messages from the stories.
