• We will deliver to the Delivery Location by the time or within the agreed period or, failing any agreement, without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 30 days after the day on which the Contract is entered into.
  • We offer free shipping of our subscription boxes and any goods over AED 200 within the United Arab Emirates.
  • For shipping outside United Arab Emirates, you will need to pay Shipping costs, pay import duties or other taxes, as we will not pay them.
  • If you wish to arrange for contactless delivery, please notify us in advance via email at [email protected]
  • If you or your appointed person fail, through no fault of ours, to take delivery of the Goods at the Delivery Location, we will charge the reasonable costs of storing and redelivering them.
  • The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or Customer collection. You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the Goods before accepting them.
  • Risk of damage to, or loss of, any Goods will pass to you when the Goods are delivered to you.
  • You do not own the Goods until we have received payment in full. If full payment is overdue or a step occurs towards your bankruptcy, we can choose, by notice to cancel any delivery and end any right to use the Goods still owned by you, in which case you must return them or allow us to collect them.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • We do not accept any returns or exchange.
  • All materials are of high-quality and contents of the boxes are quality checked before dispatch. We do not refund once the order is placed, however in case of any damage item prior to use, please write to us at [email protected] and we will try our best to help you out subject to shipping charges borne by you.
  • We hate to see you go but you can cancel your box-by-box subscription anytime after the first box ships by going to your account page and using our online "manage subscription" tool. Auto-renewing subscriptions (pay every 3 or 6 months) are only eligible for cancellation after the initial prepaid term has been completed, you can turn off the auto-renew option anytime from your "manage subscription" page. You must update your account before your renewal date.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU CANCEL AND, IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO YOUR RENEWAL DATE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A NEW SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME. WE WILL CONTINUE TO SHIP ALL BOXES THAT YOU’VE ALREADY PAID FOR AND NO REFUND ON THE CURRENT PLAN WILL BE PROVIDED.

All cancellation requests received after your renewal will apply to the following Subscription Period.

We may terminate your membership, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or our policies, is harmful our business interests, or for an inactive account.
